Space Coast IT Solutions has a range of services performed by dedicated, certified technicians. These monthly services are available to accommodate several different price ranges and service requirements. We also offer them as customizable bundles with our data backup and/or networking and security.

Includes two hours of scheduled monthly workstation maintenance, including hardware, Operating Systems, and all peripheral devices (scanners, printers, etc.). On-call service hours are offered at a 15% discount.*
Ideal for home businesses and small businesses, with 1 – 3 computers/devices.
  Similar to the Bronze Package, the Silver Package includes a total of three hours scheduled monthly workstation maintenance, including hardware, Operating Systems and all peripheral devices. Three on-call hours are included in the Silver Package. Additional on-call service hours are offered at a 25% discount.*
Ideal for small businesses with 1 – 10 computers/devices.
  Our highest level of monthly service, the Gold Package includes a total of six hours scheduled workstation maintenance (three hours every two weeks), as well three hours of on-call service for all workstations, Operating Systems and peripheral devices. Additional on-call hours are offered at a 40% discount.*
Ideal for small to medium businesses with 10 or more computers/devices.

Terms and Conditions: All Packages and Bundles are offered under a one year contract, payable by monthly billing. Your monthly invoice amount will be agreed upon signing of your contract.
Scheduled and On-call hours: Scheduled hours (SH) are the guaranteed monthly service hours agreed upon in the contract (listed above by package). The dates and times of SH will be decided upon signing of your contract. On-Call hours (OCH) are available on an as needed, non-rollover, non-refundable basis. OCH Times are from 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M Saturdays and from 12:00 P.M to 3:00 P.M Sundays. Weekends do not allow for Package Discounts. Calls will be returned within one hour of initial contact, at which point service agreements will be decided upon.
